Villa Clarissa & Carmel View

The location in terms of view and access to the sea is spot on - I haven't found anything as good on our budget. Choice of nearby restaurants and amenities are not as great but were enough for us.

The villa is quite basic which is to be expected for the price point. Softer lighting/ more lamps would go a long way to giving it a cozier feel in the evenings. There is also a lack of comfortable seating to relax both in and outdoors. This is just feedback to improve the villa, not a deal breaker for us - this was our second visit!

Absolutely fabulous location. Access to a small beach shared with just two other villas. Comfy jacuzzi. Even in the coldest part of winter, the heaters were capable of maintaining warmth. Good support and information on everything.

The windows do not seal, which was a problem during the winter rain, the water leaked inside each day. Some of the kitchen and bath equipment is at the limit of the lifetime. There were only three tablets for a dishwasher for a 5-night stay (WHY?!).

Location was wonderful, villa was clean and very well equipped. Everything worked exactly as it should.

The villa has stunning views and a quiet and peaceful. The pool is great and the private beach is lovely. We spent hours rock pooling and swimming in the clean sea. Absolutely loved the access and how close it was. We found a great restaurant nearly across the street and the kitchen had everything we needed.

I missed having a fan but it’s fully air conditioned which is great.

Location (if you like calm and quiet places); just the few steps from the sea; "the beach" is rocky but not dangerous, excellelnt for snorkeling;

.The Vila is located in a small, quiet village, approximately 1 hour drive from Paphos .The view is magical, the Vila is on a cliff above the sea, so all over you look you see the blue sea The Vila had 3 bedrooms with a private shower and toilets, and the garden has a privet swimming pool, private hot tub, and steps to go down to the sea. Overall, the Vila and garden were super clean, and had all we needed. All electronic devices like washing machine and .refrigerator were in great condition as well .Its a great place to relax and spend time with your family !We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it
