Die Lage war prima, der Vermieter sehr nett.

Fantastic location. Very private but still close to San Miniato. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

It could get a bit cold inside the villa and it could have been better protected against mosquitoes.

Fantastic location, beautiful house and grounds

Our group of 15 adults had a fantastic stay. Alessandro was an excellent host. My birthday celebration lunch on organised by Jackiee was perfect. The location of the villa, half way between Pisa and Florence is ideal for sightseeing and the views are breathtaking. You will need a car. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful week.

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa liegt herrlich abgelegen auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und eine Klimaanlage, was für uns perfekt war. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, was man braucht. Ein Gasfeld hat nicht funktioniert, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Der Pool war sauber und ein beliebter Treffpunkt. Außerdem gibt es eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick – ideal für gemeinsame Abende. Zu Fuß kann man San Miniato gut erreichen, perfekt um abends essen zu gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Der Weg zur Unterkunft führt über eine unbefestigte Straße – das hat aber seinen eigenen Charme. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wszystko mi się podobało, a w szczególności podejście i uprzejmość gospodarza, położenie nieruchomości, basen. Trudno znaleźć jakieś wady. Miejsce jest idealne na wyjazdy rodzinne, z grupą przyjaciół, czy nawet imprezy okolicznościowe.

The house is beautiful and perfect for our group. Every bedroom has a bathroom, and the kitchen and eating areas are easy to use and comfortable. The pool was a favorite gathering place too. The short walk to town was utilized by many, and San Miniato is a lovely place. I think my overall favorite, however, must have been the views. The house has 360 degree views of the gorgeous Tuscan countryside. Alessandro was so accommodating and friendly. He was the perfect host. We will be back for sure!!

Amazing house located on a hill with stunning views. It was clean Well equipped, beds were comfortable. It’s even better in reality than in the pictures. We had an amazing time there! I hope we come back next year.

You will not regret booking this place! The house is absolutely stunning with 8 great sized bedrooms all with en suites, and plenty of room for a big group. The view from the property is so beautiful and the surrounding grounds are lovely. Alessandro, the owner, really went above and beyond for us, bringing us pastries for breakfast one morning and even giving us a lift into the town to pick up our hire car after it got a flat tyre. We can’t wait to come back again!
