Excellent location, pool, jacuzzi, excellent mattresses, pillows, close to Lucca, under an hour from Florence. Hiking nearby, friendly and responsive host!

I really liked the villa. Very clean, comfortable, we found everything we needed. And the hosts are very kind and helpful. They helped us solve many things that were not even related to the house, and our stay became even smoother and more impressive. Thanks 🇱🇹

Perfect communication with the host! I really appreciate the helpfulness of the host who helped us a lot with the booking problem and did everything for our benefit. The villa itself is a perfect match for groups or families with children and offers a stunning view from the garden and pool. We really loved the location of the villa and also the wine tasting the host arranged for us. I highly recommend!

Villa leone meets all our expectations, we grandparents, children and grandchildren have returned home with great memories from a quiet place in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, morning jogging up to the mountain, swimming and water aerobics in the pool and jacuzzi late into the night, billiards and table tennis and most importantly good opportunity for cooking. We enjoyed lunches and long dinners in a fantastic garden. We have rented houses before and especially appreciated that it was clean, nicely made and that there was shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and that David has left behind salt, spices, oils etc from previous tenants, something you normally have to buy directly. A tip is to order breakfast the first morning, something that we all appreciated, thank you David for all the help and service during our stay.

The villa was great and we had a wonderful time! We were a family of 11 and everyone enjoyed themselves, the pool and outdoor area were used a lot. We had a rental car and drove around the area which was very beautiful. We also had chefs come home who cooked a fantastic meal for us using ingredients from the local area! Definitely recommend the accommodation, we made wonderful memories! Thanks for everything David, you are a good host ☺️

There was a bit of mold in the pool house.

We can not imagine a better place to stay during our Toscany trip. There was everything you needed for a big group (10 people). Clean rooms, a lot of bathrooms, fireplace, sauna, dining room for all, pool, jacuzzi, bilard, ping-pong, gym. Contact with the owner was also on highest level

The Villa was amazing. We stayed 11 people and we had plenty of room with an extra unit outside. The kitchen was great and the Jacuzzi was fantastic during the night. The host was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed him. Truly recommended to families traveling in one of the most beautiful places in the world!

Great location. The house is big and comfortable with all equipment needed. The children loved playing table tennis and billiards.
