Ants in the kitchen. Astroturf round the pool that kept getting blown into pool leaving debris. Sunbeds tired need replacing. Unable to use washing machine for first 5 days as garage flooded by leaking boiler - washing machine sat in 3 cm of water. This was fixed by MTP who replaced boiler. Accepting this kind of thing happens and can happen anywhere - they did sort it out. Pool was cold would happily have paid a surcharge to heat it?
