I had a very disappointing experience with this homestay in Anuradhapura. I made a confirmed booking in advance and arrived in the area with my family expecting to check in without any issues. However, upon arrival, the owner informed me that he had an emergency and had left the area, making the property unavailable. This was communicated only after I reached the location, which caused significant inconvenience, especially as I was traveling with family and had no alternative accommodation arranged. While emergencies can happen, proper communication in advance would have helped avoid this situation. Leaving guests stranded after confirming a booking is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, particularly for families or anyone relying on confirmed reservations.

Place is exactly near to the sacred city of Anuradhapura as we wanted, Very affordable price, Highly Recommended! Loved the plants all around the house. Property owner is very friendly. Great value for price

Bad customer service. Delay when check in. Service was not as advertised.

Owner is not at the location but his father is very kind person and gave a very kind service throughout the stay. To check in we were waiting more than 2 hrs. As mentioned in the about we can chek j from 10 but you can't bcz clcheckout time is 2.00 pm. They wrongly mention that. So visitors facing trouble when chekin and checkout.
