Stunning views, easy to go across the road and meet the sunset at the cliff, there is a very nice restaurant you can reach from the Villa by foot. Otherwise, everything else is a short drive. The place has a fireplace to cosy the evening. We stayed there for 3 nights and had an amazing time, plenty of places to visit around. Ericeira old town is a short drive away as well.

Not as comfortable for the long stay but a few nights would not be an issue at all. The mattresses are firm, so depending on the personal preference it might be either very comfortable or otherwise.

"Relaxing and comfortable"

Amazing Ocean Views. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Good use of space. The house is about 3 miles from downtown Ericiera proper which we loved. We weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Beaches and outlooks are awesome.

Directions were a little tricky. The house is adjacent to the road but it’s not too busy of a road and you are above it a bit.

"Beautiful Property for a holiday"

This is a well equipped house with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The reception was most welcoming with wine and treats. There was very good communication with the host so we had no difficulties with our arrival. We appreciated all the additional information regarding shops and restaurants in the area. It must be pointed out that you do need a car/taxi to get to this property and although you can walk to the beach across the road you do need a car to get around. There is ample free parking on the property.

Admittedly ours was a winter visit and we appreciated the warm air conditioning in the bedrooms and downstairs. The bathrooms were however freezing cold (brrrrr .....) and we were not able to get towels dry to re-use them. Maybe something to consider for winter stays? Also, the bed in the back room was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It is crying out for a mattress topper to make it a bit more comfortable. Having said all this, we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house.

Great location

There needed to be more outdoor chairs. There were not enough for 6 people. Also it was difficult to control the temperature of the water in the shower. It was either very hot or cold.
