The look from outside & it was spacious. Space outside for drying clothes was good. Caretaker was courteous & helpful.

Furnitures were old & damaged here & there. Floors should have carpet to avoid discomfort due to cold. Blanket colour & quality should be of better brands & should have proper cover in the blanket. In the kitchen induction heater facility was good, but it was not clean & kitchen utensils were not sufficient. Your facility must have an attached restaurant or canteen where the guests can sit & enjoy the homely & simple food. With all the facilities, as mentioned above, you can charge little more.

The host didn’t give us the villa we booked at first and asked us to move to another. After we insisted, he offered a bigger one for a day, then had us switch to our original villa the next day.
