Magnifique villa Confortable Piscine très grande Vue sublime Location sur la punta de la Mona

Villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in an elevated position with views to sea, over the nearby town/beach and into the mountains. The pool was fantastic as we were a family of 10, 6 adults, and had kids ranging from 2.5 to 15 who spent many hours in it. There was lots of space for all our Group to relax around the pool, on the shaded veranda and inside the communal living areas. Ping Pong table and BBQ were also well used. Lots of space for the sun worshippers in our Group and nice shaded spots for the rest of us. Very well equipped kitchen and no shortage of utensils. Guests need a car/cars as its a steep walk up from the village especially in the heat.

There wasnt really anything we didnt like. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we reported to the Owners Agent on Departure. They didnt overshadow our stay but would be best rectified to improve people's experience. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 on the main upper floor/living space and 2 twin rooms on the lower floor. Being twin rooms they were the only suitable rooms for the Children but they only had very light curtains which made it difficult to get kids to sleep in the evenings and woke them early. The upper floor bedrooms all have traditional Spanish shutters which black out the rooms perfectly. We recommend the addition of Blackout Curtains or Shutters in the lower rooms to improve comfort and sleeping.
