Tranquil Villa - Stunning views with free breakfast

Very nice place, particulare and very good staff.

The staff were kind and accommodating. View was nice from the bedroom .

The water pressure was too low in the evenings. The water was too hot or too cold. Was difficult to set at correct temperature. Also was little remote and aloof and our car struggled to reach. The floor was wet in the nights may be due to mist though the doors were properly locked. My kids kept slipping.

The view is so good definitely the highlight of the stay.

The road to the hotel is very narrow and broken, which made access a bit difficult.

The way other guests were handled was not proper at all, Very noisy guests were not controlling by the staff

1. Room is aged and outdated , not very clean at all. 2. Many insects in the room. 3. Spare pillows and blanket is dirty, we are using our own pillow and blanket cover in order to use them. 4. We arrived at 6pm, but our room was not yet ready, eventhough there weren't any guests in the villa. 5. Weak shower and inconsistent supply of hot water. 6. Road to the villa is quite difficult to drive.

Location was amazing

We booked two rooms for seven people, but each room only had two single beds, which wasn’t enough for everyone.

The lake & mountain view from the room, the tranquillity. It was perfect. Peaceful calm, serenity, and quiet. The place is away from the city crowd, a narrow road through the woods from the main road. Very cooperative & friendly staff, who went out of their way to help. They got bathroom slippers from the shop close by. The breakfast, lunch & dinner we ordered at the hotel were great. Portable heaters were provided.

Rooms with thin walls could hear even noise from the rooms beside us, and even noise from the ground-floor dining area. Fortunately, the villa was empty for 2 out of 3 days. The calling bell inside my room did not work. Had to walk down to the staff quarters/ kitchen for an inquiry. Had to leave soon.
