Las Marinas Deluxe

It was clean and tidy, the wifi was good the pool was nice it was 5 mins walk to the supermarket, restaurants and bars also 5 mins walk to the bus stop tothe marina and playa Blanca centre.

The main wall plaster was crumbling and needs fixing the wall could also do with repainting (the place felt like a standard villa not a deluxe that we was charged for )ant the pictures are really old so updating them will give a true reflection of the place

The outdoor space, heated pool, great wifi, everything on one floor, quiet area - we have been staying in this area of Playa Blanca (Las Colorades) for over 5 years (when able, due to the pandemic). Good communication with Host - it was windy and rainy for the first 3 days and a lot of leaves and debris ended up in the pool. I mentioned this to Alexis and he sent someone to clean the pool the next day. Fridge space, coffee machine, other 'home comforts' that really helped us with the 2 children - Washing machine, Iron etc. Good location near El Pueblo CC where you can walk to the HiperDino and some great restaurants (Carpe Diem) and a few nice bars. Nice walk down to the Marina for more shops, bars restaurants - We hired a car so drove around, but you don't really need to if you are happy to walk 20 mins to most places. We got a taxi home one night and I left my car near the main Playa Blanca bus station and it took me 40 mins to walk along the sea front and collect the next morning. I loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Never managed to get the tv working properly. Kitchen was a bit dated. Wouldve been nice to have been left a few basic supplies

Very well equipped and great location

The outside area was excellent. Lots of seating & lovely views. The pool was the perfect size and cleaned once during our stay. The location was fantastic, only 2 minutes walk to a supermarket & lovely bars. Alexis was always on hand for any queries or questions we had & responded very quickly too. We hope to definitely stay again 😍

Just two things for us, the bed was a little hard & short (for a 6 foot plus man!). Also the oven & hob were a little dated and slow to heat up & cook.

Big outside space and nice location.

Kitchen extractor hangs very low and has sharp edges, dangerous as easy to cut head. The flat needs some touch ups.

Sun beds could do with updating they were very uncomfortable

Easy access on arrival. Clean and tidy. Quiet location. Close to shops, paseo and bus stop. Well maintained swimming pool.

Smaller of the two shower heads needs replacing. Otherwise excellent.

Villa was cleaned once a week and we stayed for three weeks, lots of kitchen utensils, kettle and washing machine all worked fine. Poll area was kept clean and was heated so was used regular. Beds were comfortable enough and bedding changed mid way through our stay. Villa is in a very quiet area not a lot going on if you like lively pubs and clubs, however, this suited us as there are some bars, restaurants and shops very close by a 2-5 minute walk. You can walk 5 minutes and be at the bus stop which takes you to al main areas of Playa Blanca for only 1.40euro each, we used this almost every day/night

Not much not to like. We were happy enough for the three weeks, maybe only thing I would say is a villa closer toward Playa Blanca main area would of been a little easier but it wouldn't stop me staying in Villa Marinas Deluxe again. Bus stop being so close makes this not really an issue

Great location, very clean facilities, attentive staff. The large fan wasn't working but within a few hours of reporting it we had a brand new one delivered. Taxi rank and bus stop on the doorstep, or lots of parking space if driving. Whole complex is clean and well kept.

No air con, but with a sea-facing aspect and the Atlantic breeze this wasn't much of an issue.
