The house position is fantastic you are in 2 mins on the Playa Negra one of the best beach in the area. the House is very welcoming and well maintained. We also recommend the structure thanks to the friendliness and availability of Jonathan, the person in charge of the welcome and all your needs. The garden is also beautiful. Great for managing meals and breakfasts independently.

The water supply system sometimes does not very often have voids.. very short

The view is unbelievable!! I also loved hearing the ocean while laying in bed! We also loved having the beach almost to ourselves!

It definitely has a more rustic feel if you are used to chain hotels. For us that was part of the fun!

It was perfect for our needs

Perfect location, on a beautiful, private and quiet beach. Super close to Puerto Viejo town with loads of restaurants, super markets, bike & scooter rentals. Lovely place with gorgeous ocean views and the unit has everything we needed for our stay. We even saw a sloth right on the grounds! The gardens are also really beautiful.

Nothing! Only thing was the door didn’t lock properly but there were two safes in our room so everything was secure.

Comfortable, AC, close to beach, supermarket, and many attractions. Definitely go back to this place but would choose the top unit.

The people above us were quiet but still hear them.
