"Amazing villa on a beautiful island"

The villa exceeded our expectations and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The area is residential so quiet at night , beautiful sun trap all day , bus stop to the Citudella de Menorca across the road along with the entrance to the local beach. Would definitely recommend.

"A lovely stay with the family, but the villa needs some work/investment to be a 9 or 10"

Pool and outdoor space is great size, location is very close to beach, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, large kitchen area, access to Talayot Apartments facilties is a bonus, bus to Cuitadella just outside Villa, small supermarkets very close by, 3 bathrooms, washing machine and tumble dryer, staff very helpful and welcoming.

Parts of the villa are dated/need refurbishment or replacement (for example > bathroom mirrors cracked/dining tables peeling/ironing board rusty and doesnt stand, main bathroom shower screen needs fixing, outdoor seating is stained brown, BBQ rack doesnt stay in place), lack of air-conditioning in lounge area means it gets very hot (we were provided with a fan when we asked), small sofa for 6 people, lack of comfortable outside seating for the evenings is disappointing.

The pool is large and clean and so enjoyable. The interior of modern, spacious and clean. Plenty of parking available.

Parking under the tree in front yard left bird poop all over our car. The kitchen could be better equipped.

The villa is modern and stylish and the pool is fantastic. The location to the beach is fabulous and there are a couple of local bars plus the bus stop outside.

was exactly how it was presented online. scenery was lovely and area quiet at night, very spacious and perfect for family use.

one of the sliding doors were not locking but I told management about it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Lucia and were blown away (the photos don’t do it justice). The pool area is beautiful, the villa is spacious, clean and comfortable with AC in all bedrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here. The villa is brand new and located within walking distance of Cala en Blanes and Cala en Brut, as well as the supermarket Talayot.

Can’t think of anything! I would recommend hiring a car if you’re in Menorca though
