Very clean and has everything you need. Close to the beach, shops snd tavernas.

Excellent house with three bedrooms and a foldable couch in the living room. Very good for up to 8 people. Two separate bathrooms with toilets, which is very convenient for a big number of people. Nice terrace with tables. Well-equipped kitchen. The owner had left compliments for us - two bottles of prosecco and fruits. The host's mother (Marietta) gave us a compliment of sweets at the end, which was very kind and pleasant. The house is located about 300 m. from the beach. The owner also provided beach umbrellas and mats. The backyard is very nice, with sun chairs and soft furniture, as well as there are lots of toys for little kids. The house is close to the main street where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and stores.

The boiler works on a solar panel, so once the hot water is used in the evening you have to wait until noon/early afternoon (if it's sunny) to have the boiler heat water again. The house is not reachable by car - there are about 70-80 meters to it from the main road through a narrow path. If you have lots of luggage, you have to stop the car on the main street (could be challenging) and carry everything to the house. Public parking is available at about 5 min. walk from the house, but is very busy and one may not be lucky to find a parking spot there.

very quiet location but only minutes away from restraunts and bars and beach.plenty of room . very clean and nicely furnished . nice touch with wine.snacks and water on arrival with large dining area, porch and garden . owner very pleasant and friendly .would definatly visit again and book vila Marietta

The villa has an amazing location close to the beautiful beach. It is very comfortable and modern and offers a lot of space. Our kids really enjoyed the big balcony and the garden. The hosts are very friendly and communicative. They have helped us a lot and made our stay at Corfu truly special. We hope to stay at Villa Marietta some time again soon.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. 5 mins walk to the seafront/beach, 1 min walk to the main area with lots of restaurants and shops, and 1 minute walk to a neighbouring apartment complex where you can use the pool if that's your preference. The host Chris and his mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that the villa felt like a home from home. They were so welcoming, kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, extremely spacious and very well looked after. We were a party of six and had plenty of room. The villa is set in a quiet area with a fabulous covered shaded terrace looking out onto well kept gardens, fruit trees and a great mountain view. The decor is modern and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The garden has seating and sun loungers and an outside shower, which was great for cooling off after a day at the beach. Bedrooms are spacious, there is air conditioning throughout the villa and two bathrooms was very welcome. All in all we had a fabulous stay, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and will definitely stay here again if visiting this resort.
