Super clean and comfy and spacious for a group. Pool rocked. Could do laundry. Outside the chaos of AoNang, but you can walk into town no problem. The Coconut Bar next door is awesome.

Great value property in a quiet location but close enough to shops and bars. Restaurant next door excellent food who brought the meals to the villa. Swimming pool lovely and very comfortable villa.

Lovely villa but needed a bit of DIY and lick of paint especially around pool.

Overall nice villa for the price. We stayed in the two bed villa, which was very clean and tidy with nice decor. Had a washing machine at the back which was very handy. The host Nancy was very helpful - offering cleaning, fresh towels, as well as providing drinking water and toilet rolls daily. We loved the quiet and peaceful location, and used Grab to get down to the beach which was never a problem (around 80-100 Bart each way for a car taxi, 40-50 Bart for a motorbike). The Coconut Bar next door is lovely, and the restaurant/cooking school nearby was amazing! They also offer delivery to the villa.

Downsides: -One set of the sliding doors did not lock. We raised this with the staff but were told that it’s not a problem as they were next door in the office. So we had to carry our valuables with us at all times. - Although the pool itself was very nice and much bigger than expected, the surrounding outdoor space was very tired. The walls need repainting, the stairs up to the roof terrace are very rusty and dangerous. The outdoor furniture also needs replacing. - The sofa bed would be very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on due to the wooden supports. One person in our party slept on it fine, as they used the bottom section, along with a footstool at the end. Also the bedding that was provided for the sofa bed did not fit it.
