The room was extremely small. Absolutely no place to leave bags, suitcases etc. Would also have been nice with a coffee maker in the room. Also, at this price, I would have expected that everyday cleaning was a norm. Cleaning had to be requested.

3 villas we rented aren't close by. One villa is way down and it was very difficult to carry large suitcases. Cost is another thing, It was super expensive for the benefits we received. Villa rooms are also very tiny.

We absolutely loved staying here. As a family of four we felt very comfortable in such beautiful and clean villas. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. The food was so delicious and the fresh fried plantains. Both the ladies in the kitchen were so sweet. Plenty of free private parking. The stairs are absolutely no issue, should you have one there is a wheelchair friendly route to take down to the villas/pool instead. We did not want to leave! If you’re wanting to stay near MA, stay here!
ESSofia, la recepcionista fue de mucha ayuda y muy cercana Las cabañas estan muy bien y muy cuidadas, literalmente estas en la jungla Desayuno bastante rico
No hay servicio de limpoeza a diario Parking algo pequeño Insonorizacion de las habitaciones podria mejorarse
ESLa amabilidad del cocinero, del camarero y de la señora de la limpieza. La posibilidad de disfrutar de la piscina. El entorno en el que está ubicado (vimos monos, iguanas y guacamayos).
Que no informen que a veces el calentador de agua se apaga y hay que salir de la habitación para encenderlo. Que garanticen servicio de limpieza diario de la habitación y no lo cumplan (no cubren los días de libranza de la trabajadora que habitualmente está). En los desayunos no ofrecen pan, siendo un poco escasos por este motivo.
