I was locked out. Nobody answered the emergency contact number until the next day. I had to not sleep on the bench outside & wait for contact. My friend had to pay for accommodation elsewhere. Paid for two nights - was locked out for one of them …. Appalling. I was told that Booking.com would be unlikely to refund anything - ripped off.

No emergency number when access denied. The train was 8hrs late … then I was locked out & nobody answering the emergency number … no sleep, cancelled the next day’s activities & friends had to pay elsewhere — the owners said there wasn’t anything they could do & Booking.com likely wouldn’t either — not good enough. I will take it to appreciate authorities.

The tv & the bed in the front room was a bit uncomfortable (felt like we were rolling out the side)

Were to start....from start to finish this place was great. The info provided just before arrival filled in all the blanks.Impeccably clean & well furnished. Totally recommend & would stay again. Well done👏👏

Central location. Plenty of room in the house for a couple. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining area. Excellent stove and oven means you can cook for yourself if so desired. Beautiful artwork on the walls reflects the character of the area. Plenty of storage space. Could easily accommodate 4 people with ease.

The bed we slept in was perhaps a little too firm for our taste. The front door was difficult to lock because of a tight fit. Just needs a bit of adjustment in the frame. Lighting in the shower could be a little bit brighter, as the main light was linked to the fan, and somewhat dim.

Lovely clean and well maintained house. Has everything you need and more. Location is great.
