The cottage was within walking distance to a lot of shops, pubs, clubs and cafes. Having a washing machine and dryer was great. Communication leading up to our stay was excellent. The cottage was wonderful and clean.

Very comfortable, clean cottage in a great location, being walking distance to everything in the CBD and opposite a park for the sounds of birds. Great value for money. Nicely appointed kitchen and gas fire worked a treat during a cold blast when it got down to 4 degrees overnight and just 13 degrees by day.

Nothing really - the only improvement I can think of is a few more plants to make the back/side courtyard more inviting.

Convenient location, nicely set out.

Shower, cold water or boiling hot. Very hard to adjust. Ran out of gas, yes gas filled that day, but cold again the next. Think there is a plumbing problem. Clothes dryer wouldn't start. Oven took forever to heat. It is not the renters responsibility to make sure ALL appliances are working. No coffee machine, just a coffee plunger.

Easy walk into town. The property had good amenities including a gas heater which was very effective in warming the cottage when we stayed. Interesting artwork which was enjoyable to see.

Good place and good location

Has difficulty of finding the place at night
