The property and location was perfect. So so beautiful, definitely exceeded our expectations. The Host was exceptional, easy to reach, communicative and supportive throughout our stay.

The aircon in the living room was leaking but we communicated with the host regarding this.

"Very bad & disappointment . Would not recommend that place to anyone"

The area - Haarties is beautiful

Everything else: 1. We had no house keeping the entire weekend - no cleaning at all, we used the same dirty towels, no toilet paper, we had to call for dishes to be washed 2. The gas stove only had 1 plate working (no gas) 3. Dust & cob webs the whole house 4. The house keepers, game drunk when we called 5. We asked for a extra bed, it had dirty stains 6. The bathroom sink was leaking 7. We had no codes to drive in or out of the estate. Had to wait 1hour at the gate 8. No hot water to bath, only first 2 people could bath in warm water 9. The furniture is old & broken ( broken handles & chairs) 10. Out door chairs on the pool area, is dirty & old 11 Fridge was leaking 12. Outside lights, in the garden not working We are not happy, very disappointed. And disturbed by the experience at that specific
