"Lovely view and house"

The house has a lovely view and is decorated very nicely. We had a very nice lady welcome us to the home. I will definitely recommend this house!

We had some struggles with a few of the Powerpoints and A/C due to the solar panels but I am sure they will be fixing it soon.

Very beautiful property, clean and cozy like is name. Helpful and friendly staff.

A few disruptions with maintenance people fixing things (inverter and gas geyser) during our stay, especially on the Saturday morning. We just wanted a more peaceful weekend as a family with minimal disruptions.

"Pleasant"

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The kitchen had sufficient utensils to use. The view was very nice.

There was very limited hot water, only 1 of the rooms had hot water. The stove did not work and we were not informed about it before hand. We also didn’t receive a code so we had difficulty entering the main gate with security.

Everything was excellent. My boss said it was a superb place to stay and the location was great. The Place itself was stunning. The communication was amazing.

The only negative is that only one of the showers had sufficient hot water. The hot water from the other showers drop when someone else uses the water, however this is not an issue for most people.

It's location, the views and easy access to it.

There was no hot water in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. 8 adults had to queue for 2 bathrooms, waiting for water to get warm. Not a nice experience. Housekeeping was a let down, to be in a house that only kitchen and upstairs lounge gets tidied up. Bathrooms and any other place not cleaned, toilet rolls not replenished, having to go and ask for toilet roll when that could have been sorted.
