"NO AIRCON despite the description stating it had. The agents did not want to know or help."

Pool was nice, location into town was good

The house was very very hot. The description stated air conditioning but there was none. None of our party slept well as the heat was very uncomfortable. There were lots of ants. They were everywhere, even in the drawers, the dishwasher and even the bath.
