Villa Tanah Carik by Mahaputra

We loved the vibe and a really good and accomodating staff

At first we thought the location is too isolated however after a couple of days we appreciated it as it’s quiet and it was nice to get back to it after busy days. It’s easy to get grab/gojek taxis to and from Ubud so didn’t matter that we were a bit remote.

The property was neat and well maintained. There was ample space and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We didn’t have electricity from 4.30 in the morning till late afternoon. We could not charge our phones. Even the showers required electricity for water pressure and couldn’t be used.

Really nice location with a view onto the rice fields, we had the breakfast in our room it was delicious and well presented, they rent scooters at a reasonable price to visit near by attractions. Great stay would recommend!

It was outside the very touristy area nut closer enough to go into Ubud if you wanted to.

I had requested an extra bed in the room, but they didn't have one available when we arrived.

Extremely clean and cozy.

We ran put of hot water a couple of times.
