Good place for Family Gathering Like Bday

My kids like the apartment,

I booked 2 houses (villa 166 where my parents & siblings stayed & apartment 622 where my small family stayed), the apartment was ok but the cleanliness was a bit unsatisfactory, when we checked in apartment 622, the apartment smelled a bit musty (not pleasant smell), sandy. The mattress was also sandy when lying down, the pillows & blankets were musty (luckily I brought extra pillows & blankets ready for emergencies), the kitchen equipment was also a bit bad, the fridge was dirty (thankfully we ate at villa 166 where my parents & siblings stayed), I only felt ok when the staff gave good service ( THANK YOU HOME SWEET STAFF AT THAT DAY WE CHECKIN 31/05/2026)

We (My family) likes the location, it's perfect for family gatherings, the kids are also happy because there's have a private swimming pool.

My family stayed in villa number 166, the villa was ok, but the cleanliness of the villa was a bit unsatisfactory, the villa was sandy, the mattress was also sandy when lying down, My family wanted to change it but because there was a baby (the baby was already fussy and tired, maybe), so My Family just continued to stay near villa 166 on their own initiative (cleaning the villa). Cleaning equipment was also not provided (My Family had to buy it themselves), cooking equipment was also not complete (for basic equipment it was not complete),

Nothing.

The place was extremely disappointing. The property was poorly maintained, with old and worn-out furniture that made it feel neglected. The swimming pool water was visibly dirty, and although the staff claimed it had been cleaned that morning, it certainly did not appear that way. The refrigerator was both smelly and ineffective, as it was not cold enough to keep items properly chilled. There were also not enough utensils provided for guests. When we contacted the staff about this issue, we only received a response more than an hour later, informing us that the staff had already gone home. Overall, the entire property felt abandoned and unwelcoming, almost like a haunted house rather than a place meant for guests to relax and enjoy. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had.
