Was told i broke a broom where as we got it like that. The electricity ended during our stay

The room was very spacious and clean

The lady that was attending us was very rude she made our stay uncomfortable😒because she was not addressing us in regard to what we were requesting.

Beds were comfortable

The place needs maintenance for leaks and painting, the walls have mould and the cupboards have a smell of mould. Bathroom needs some attention as well. There is a wooden blind next to the front door and it breaks easily, it just breaks even when you just open the door, then they make you pay R960 for it. They are well aware of this and they not willing to change them, because they are making money out of it.

1. The location is convenient. 2. Nice lounge area. 3. Nice outdoor patio.

1. Wifi was not working properly, probably a cheap package. 2. The advert does not stipulate that this is a complex which makes a difference 3. The walls need to be painted, cracks all over with dampness all over the bedrooms 4. The place was dirty when we arrived, they need to put something underneath the door to block the dirty from flowing in. 5. No ensuite bedroom at all 6. There was noise when we arrived by a flat close ours but the host made it as if it was us, despite many attempts to explain that we werent even at the apartment. She blatantly ignored it despite proof. 7. The host didnt even know how many people we booked for, she alleged we bookef for 2 people while the booking clearly stated it was 4 adults. 8. Washed with cold water cause the geaser all this was off. They dont even tell you to switch it on when you arrive.
