Ikos residence

Good value for money, recommended. Located well, the living room and the yard/garden/pool were fine, and for the group it was okay! The pool is shared with four other villas.

The bad part is that in the downstairs bathrooms the water didn’t drain, and there was always dampness and dirt. At the entrance to the yard, since it’s on a hill, the curbs are not visible, and we, like others, hit the car against them.

Great location 10min walk to the Elia beach, Stunning views from the villa, good pool size, all 4 double bedrooms good size plenty of space, the host Xenia was very helpful. Will definitely visit again here

I booked this stunning villa to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday with friends, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The property is beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea. A short stroll downhill leads you to Elia Beach, where you can find a few restaurants and enjoy the pristine, crystal-clear waters. Conveniently located, the villa provides easy access by car to various beach clubs, restaurants, and Mykonos town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Our host, Xenia, was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always available for communication. She even arranged a driver for us, which made our trip seamless, including airport pickups and drop-offs. Xenia's friendly demeanor contributed to the overall experience, and she played a special role in helping me surprise my partner, joining in on the fun when I pretended the villa was just for us while our friends arrived later. The villa itself has four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, all impeccably clean and well-maintained. It provided the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Xenia for a great stay!

There was nothing to dislike!

Beautiful space that is great for a group trip. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Each room also came with its own TV.

It’s bit farther out from the center of town than I anticipated and driving in Greece is not for the weak. But overall, I had a WONDERFUL stay.

Mykonos will always have a special place in our hearts thanks to Ikos Residence and our host Xenia. The house was perfect for 5 guests; we each had our own room and 3 bathrooms was more than enough. We specially loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast at the table outside. The terrace area and pool were beautiful. Xenia made sure we had a perfect stay both at the house and in Mykonos. She recommended the best places for us and we had a lovely time with her. We were 5 mins away from Elia Beach (by car), which was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

The house was very well decorated, with attention to detail. Nice finishes, the bathrooms had a fun and stylish twist to the typical Greek island bathrooms. The bedrooms were a decent size, and comfortable. There is also private parking on the property which is nice. Our host Xenia was very attentive, and helpful ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible.

It was unclear from this listing that the pool on this property is actually not private. This is not a vila, but part of a compound and the pool is shared with other random people (which made it uncomfortable to use). All bedrooms were also underground, which was not clear from the listing (very little natural light in the rooms) but there were lights fitted in the ceiling which helped counteract. The location was also not ideal, this is however transparent on the listing so it was not a surprise. You would definitely need a car to get around (aprox. 20-30 min drive to get to the town and main attractions on the island).
