The Full Moon, Joshua Tree: Hot Tub, Sauna, Views

The inside setup was nice it had everything needed to cook meals.

The having to download an application to be able to open and close the front door. Reception was not so great in the area. Walking in and seeing the curtins ripped and hanging from their edges. While in bed, my wife noticed big yellow stains on the blanket near her face. We didn't use the sauna because the door was completely open when we got there. We didn't want to risk seeing a snake since we did see a lot of wildlife outside the windows. Lastly, we got locked out after returning from breakfast in town. It took us an hour to figure it out with the lady on the phone since the door wouldn't open with the app

We liked the house location on the hills and views.

The hot tub water was cold (68F), the main feature that we wanted to enjoy - didn’t work. Also no propane gas for the BBQ! We would not stay in that house again.

Really enjoyed the views and how private the property is, but also very close to shops and restaurants (10min drive). The views at night were spectacular and the home is beautiful.

The house is very cozy and comfortable and is super well located. The hosts are great, easy contact and quick to clarify any questions. I loved the experience and will definitely come back. (:

Hello, I was unable to get into my booking in Joshua Tree due to the third party the property used for managing their communication with guests sending lots of messages through WhatsApp, text and international calls, trying to get us to "put in our credit card to buy a parking spot," or "put in your passport photo," or other sensitive information that clearly showed the third party was not safe/secure. We had to purchase another hotel for two nights through booking.com due to not being able to enter our hotel until we were finally able to reach the property and enter it using a bluetooth app that only functioned two days into the booking. Because of this we lost out on two nights of the space and had to open money to get the other hotel while we were figuring it out. Is there anything that can be done to make this fair for us? Thanks
