Majestic Residence Pool Villa 4 Bedrooms Private Beach

This place is big enough to stay within 10 people, the pool is awesome. And the night is so quiet.

A little be far from downtown(Walking street).

The location is next to the view point. The staff is really helpful although he can't help fixing the AC.

Air condition in one of the room doesn't work.

property was dated and needs alot of work. walls need plastering and painting. kitchen cupboards needs replacing. mattresses rock hard and could do with new ones. front door does not lock needs fixing. aircon does not work in 1-2 of the bedrooms. door does not lock to the outside bathroom. plug sockets hanging off the wall. could do with some money spent on the full villa to get it up to standard I stayed 7th of feb to the 25th of feb 2023

The location good access to beach but not private shared by hotels in the area. Poor management of villa no communication once I put in complaints won't give me deposit back although I cleaned as it was not cleaned on arrival not hot water in kitchen during our weeks stay. Boiled water in kettles. No locking mechanism in patio door. No safe keys or code given to us.

Too many issues and the owner will not give our deposit back for any breakages.if we broke anything which we did not. Also we were careful on electricity but difficult when we had to boil kettles of water for cleaning. Too many items broken on our arrival. Patio door. Toilet seats, sofa underneath. Plug sockets hanging off walls. Paint work pealing. Lack of security main issue and no hot water in some rooms. I had to clean as on our arrival it was not carried out. Was told cleaners come in two days time. Not good enough. A surprise cake was ordered but was forgot a cake was handed to us later but did not have the surprise element. The manager asked us if everything was ok on arrival but we had just got out the taxi and did not inspect the villa all. When I phoned to complain about issues a few minutes later manger said she was in Bangkok and enjoying herself. No communication since. Will not answer my messages and I find that is totally unacceptable. Also pool pump too load at night. Swimming pool pump too loud kept me awake at night. Would come to this villa again that's a no. I took photos of villa arriving due not setting up WiFi connection but video evidence leaving villa. It's seems all photos of broken items or issues may have been deleted by this site or management. Will try again I feel it's a fair account of our stay. I put a cleaning cloth that I used under a cupboard under the sink on the day of our arrival. It's pink the green artificial grass stunk and in a base cupboard of the kitchen covering rotten wood and stunk breeding ground for germs. Bath mat was filthy not just a bit but a great deal..I had bleach it to use it. If we had the money we would have left. Patio table full of dust. Sofa ripped at the bottom. This is the first time I have had a problem booking with booking.com. Reputation is key.

The air conditioner is damaged and broken, no hot water, not comfortable.
