Location. It's quiet at night. It's also has parking inside the property but is very small to get in. The air-conditioning is very good.

The living room table was too big and hard to move around it once sit in the most inner corner. The pool was unuseable at night since it used solapower. The bed is too hard.

The house is very well appointed, with top quality facilities throughout - in the kitchen, the sports equipment, the hot tub etc. The house was an excellent size for taking away 4 teenagers as there is plenty of room to be together or find personal space. The location is away from the crowds and apart from the airplanes going over, was very quiet and it was easy to park directly outside the house. The dining / seating space on the roof of the house is a wonderful area where we had breakfast every morning. The local town of El Medano has free parking, plenty of excellent restaurants and a fab farmer's market every Wednesday morning.

There was nothing we specifically did not like as we had a great week here. It is important to note that the airport is very close and so many planes fly over from approximately 8 am till 11pm every day - however it is not a very busy airport and you soon don't notice the planes at all. The kitchen is small relative to the size of the house with little worktop space - but not difficult to get used to. There is little lighting in the dining room over the table and so it became a little challenging to play board games around the table in the evenings.

Plenty of room for 7 adults. Sports facilities were good fun. Good quiet location and easy to reach the town, beaches and shops. All clean and useable.

The layout was not always practical as you had to walk through the main bedroom to reach the hot tub. The sand blows into the pool when very windy probably needs glass screens. The electricity went off about five times each evening. We quickly found the panel and just re set it ourselves.

The location was good although we were close to the airport which we knew about but the noise was not so bad, The street was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting up on the top terrace every evening eating a meal and chatting.

There was a problem with cockroaches but the management sent a team over to set traps for them. The house was very clean but cockroaches are endemic in hot countries and they are difficult to eradicate.

Fantastic Villa. Lots of extra touches to make it home from home. Best self catering we have stayed in. El Medano is a lovely place. Not too busy and lots of nice places to eat. Great recommendations from Medano4You on where to get an excellent lunch.

Not the best location. You need a hire car to get around really and food shop which we did.
