Останавливались на вилле на 3 ночи и остались очень довольны. Вилла чистая, видно, что всё новое и хорошо ухоженное. Мебель в отличном состоянии, техника работает без нареканий, ничего не ломалось и не доставляло неудобств. Отдельно хочется отметить хорошую шумоизоляцию - внутри тихо и комфортно. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый: всегда на связи, быстро помогает с любыми вопросами. Да, рядом ведётся стройка, но это не доставило нам дискомфорта, шум умеренный и только днём, когда нас обычно не было на вилле. В целом остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

The staff were friendly and Villa was cleaned daily at a time we requested.

I booked a 2 bedroom villa and 2 of the nights (separate occasions) the AirCon wasn’t working in one of the rooms so my adult daughter and I had to share a bed. No compensation or discount was given despite only having 1 usable room for 2 of the nights. They did have the AirCon fixed the following day both times but it was very inconvenient. Both bedrooms have 2 sliding glass doors and only 1 of them locks so there is no way to completely secure the rooms which bothered both of us. There are 2 construction sights right by the villa so it’s noisy, they can see into the pool area when working up high at one sight, and we were catcalled a lot by construction workers when walking down the road. The road to the villa is also very rocky/muddy when it rains and it’s pretty dark at night. Also of note Grab drivers will not pick up in Kuta so be prepared to walk down roads with no sidewalk and a lot of traffic or rent a scooter. Some of these issues are not the villa’s fault (road, construction/workers) but it does impact the overall enjoyment of the stay.

So clean, bright and looks amazing. So comfortable bad, i was falling asleep in 5sec. The pool is bigger in real life than in the photo. Plus we were renting a scooter for 2 days. the scooter was in excellent condition.

Wij hadden een privat villa met zwembad en de opzet van de accommodatie is ruim. Het is schoon en ziet er fris uit. Helaas ben ik de namen kwijt maar iedereen die bij de receptie zat was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij de vragen die we hadden. Ze serveren geen ontbijt maar bieden dat wel aan vanuit een hip ontbijt restaurant. De communicatie over de bouwwerkzaamheden waren heel open en ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om ervoor te zorgen dat we daar zo weinig mogelijk last van hadden. Zelfs een bamboe muur neergezet. In Lombok, zeker in Kuta, zijn op dit moment overal werkzaamheden daar ontkom je bijna niet aan. De ligging is iets uit het centrum dus een scooter is wel heel handig. Die kun je makkelijk reserveren bij de receptie.

Very friendly staff who helped us with everything we needed. The location is about a 20-minute walk from Kuta’s main city center.

The road from the main street to the accommodation was a bit dirty, with a lot of trash. Also, although there was a kitchen, there were no cleaning supplies such as dishwashing liquid or a kitchen towel. This is quite important if guests want to keep the accommodation clean.
