Posso dire di essere rimasto molto soddisfatto. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi da Locorotondo, l’ambiente è pulito e curato al minimo dettaglio, ho passato un fine settimana perfetto. Ci tornerò sicuramente l’anno prossimo nel periodo di Natale

Dieses neu gebaute bzw. frisch renovierte Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und wird von alten Olivenbäumen umgeben. Die Nachbarhäuser liegen weit genug entfernt, sodass man selbst im Sommer auf der wunderschönen Terrasse absolute Ruhe genießen kann. Die Lage ist ideal – etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtrand entfernt. Wir haben die Villa gebucht, die sich besonders durch ihre fantastische Outdoor-Küche mit gemütlichem Aufenthaltsraum auszeichnet. Dieser ist mit Esstisch und Sitzgruppe ausgestattet und lässt sich dank Glasschiebetüren und transparenter Kunststoffrollos auch im Winter wunderbar nutzen. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei! Das Schlafzimmer ist großzügig, äußerst gemütlich und verfügt neben dem King-Size-Bett auch über ein zusätzliches Gästebett. Das moderne Badezimmer rundet den hochwertigen Gesamteindruck ab.

Der Spa-Bereich ist leider nur für Buchungen der Suite nutzbar (aber das haben wir bei der Buchung übersehen)

Tout est impeccable, la villa est charmante et l'accueil chaleureux. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps pour profiter de la vue et de la cuisine !

Wunderschönes Appartement, hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Einfaches & unkompliziertes Check-In und Kommunikation mit Giuseppe. Sieht zu 100% so aus wie auf dem Bild. Kann es nur weiter Empfehlen. Mein Highlight war eine Babykatze, die uns Besuchen kam - in dem schönen Garten. Locorotondo ist sehr nahe - die Stadt ist ein wenig mühsam mit Parkplatz finden (unten ausserhalb ist empfehlenswert), zum Glück gibts hier direkt einen vor der Tür und einen schnelleren Eingang und eine riesige Küche/Aufenthaltsraum - einfach nur WOW !!! Alles in allem - wir kommen definitiv wieder. Es gab sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine und Wasser/Säfte bei Ankunft - sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren hin & hergerissen, in welchem Ort auf der Rundreise wir übernachten sollen, aber das hier ist wirklich genial! Wir haben um 16h eingecheckte, uns frisch gemacht und sind nach Alberobello gefahren und später dann in Locorotondo eine leckere Pizza genossen. Nächsten Tag dann nach Monopoli/Pogliano a Mare und Matera. Perfekt !! Vielen lieben Dank an der Stelle an die Flexibilität von Giuseppe.

Location tranquilla con comodissimo parcheggio privato/corte con cancello. La struttura è molto bella, pulita e curata nei particolari nei vari ambienti, immersa in uno scenario naturale che dà un tocco molto suggestivo al tutto. Bellissima anche la vetrata panoramica nella cucina (parecchio grande e arredata con gusto). Puoi fare colazione guardando il panorama o bere qualcosa alla sera guardando le stelle (per i più romantici). Tavolini e sedute anche nella corte esterna, ben tenuta e curata. La villa è molto suggestiva, come si può vedere dalle foto dell'host, che rispecchiano appieno la realtà. Ps letto e sedute varie molto comode (anche in cucina). Comoda la posizione geografica (per negozi, locali, servizi).

Non c'è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

Absolut tot,totul a fost extraordinar,locatie foarte frumoasa,curat,echipat cu tot ce aveai nevoie,bonus jacuzii.Gazda foarte prietenoasa si dispusa sa ajute oricand .Ne-am simtit extraordinat,recomandam din toata inima aceasta locatie.

The unit is clean and spacious. If you are looking forward to a peaceful vacation and having a morning coffee in a sunny garden, this is the place for you. Accesable by car, with a private parking.

Beautiful location with a stylish, spacious apartment with lovely terrace and outdoor areas. We really appreciated the design and layout of the space and the opportunity to sit outside as we had beautiful sunny spring days. There is a large kitchen with a full size fridge and we ate out during the day and at the apartment in the evenings. Giuseppe was a very attentive host and checked in to make sure everything was ok and to give us extra supplies when needed. We used this as a base to explore many towns in the area and we loved this part of Puglia.

Not a negative but to be aware as others have pointed out, the lane is narrow and best suited to a smaller car but we had a mid sized Jeep and managed with some care and attention.
