Gregorys Private Luxury Villa with Heated Pool & Gardens

It was the Most amazing Host I ever Witnessed. Petros was so nice and helpful. He Even made a traditionel Dinner for us. The Villa was amazing, large Pool, wonderful rooms, plenty of Space for 12 people. Quiet and nearby to the citycenter of Chania

La villa est tout simplement extraordinaire : spacieuse, très bien entretenue et encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. La piscine est grande, agréable, parfaite pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Un immense merci à notre hôte Petros, qui est d’une gentillesse rare et qui incarne parfaitement l’hospitalité grecque. Toujours disponible, attentionné, il nous a donné de nombreux conseils précieux sur les restaurants, les plages et les endroits à découvrir autour de Chania. La localisation est idéale : la villa est au calme tout en étant à seulement quelques minutes du centre de Chania, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la ville et de ses environs. Nous avons aussi vraiment adoré pouvoir lui envoyer la liste de courses avant notre arrivée : Petros a tout pris, ce qui nous a permis d’arriver l’esprit totalement léger, déjà comme à la maison, et de profiter immédiatement de la villa sans nous soucier de quoi que ce soit. Mention spéciale et inoubliable à la grand-mère de Petros pour le dîner qu’elle nous a préparé et envoyé : un vrai moment de partage et de générosité, qui restera un souvenir marquant de notre séjour. Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin. L’hospitalité à la grecque dans toute sa splendeur. Merci Petros

La maison est tellement bien entretenu, propre,luxueuse, immense. La communication avec Pétros était 5 étoiles, réponse toujours très rapide avec d’excellents conseils d’activités et de sorties pour nos 2 familles. La piscine à débordement est incroyable et les installations autour sont dignes d’une hôtel luxueuse. Nous serions restés encore et encore pour profiter encore plus de cette magnifique maison.

I stayed at Gregory's villa in late September this year with family (there were 10 of us) and it was absolutely fantastic - we would come again! General: The villa is beautiful and has everything you would needed e.g. swimming pool, table tennis table, outdoor grill, washing machine, cooking utensils etc. There is a small shop about 5 mins walk away where you can also buy food/snacks. Overall I think it was great value for money. Host: Petros was a very attentive host and his grandma was kind enough to also cook us a traditional Greek meal for one of our nights at the villa, which was a lovely touch. The host assisted us with answering any queries we had prior to arrival and even helped to purchase groceries for us prior to our arrival based on a list we shared with him. We were able to communicate with Petros over the phone and he always responded very quickly. Location: The villa is roughly 15 minutes drive from downtown, there is a local bus you can take which shows on google maps and the bus stop is c. 5 mins walk away however the bus is not always on time - Petros can assist with recommending a local taxi company you can call. When returning to the villa from downtown there is a taxi rank you can get taxis from in front of Dominos Pizza at Kriari 40, Chania 731 35, Greece. If you have a big group like ours, I recommend booking taxis from the villa at least the day before so you can get a big enough vehicle. Bedrooms: Due to two of the beds being on a bunk bed, we did need an additional bed to be set up and the host helped to set this up quickly. The sofa however can also be used as an additional sleeping area if needed.

Although there were only 4 of us staying in the villa (myself and partner and our 2 daughters 21 and 24) we had the most amazing time. Everything you needed for a perfect stay was in the villa. Home from home feel and obviously very spacious. The pool was amazing and exceptionally clean, proper made our holiday. The lovely thoughtful meal from Petros grandma was delicious and added to our fantastic stay.

That we only had a week in the villa could have gone with another week !

We stayed three nights at Gregory’s Luxury Villa, a beautiful big mansion with lots of rooms and plenty of space in a quiet, peaceful, and calm area. It was like paradise truly heaven on earth and absolutely speechless. Not a single speck of dust, everything spotless and on the spot. The kids were so happy and loved every moment. I especially loved the office corner where I could work peacefully. Every morning, we enjoyed exercise, meditation, and workouts, then swimming in the big pool to relax. The villa was well equipped water bottles, ice, and every cleaning product were in stock. The body lotion, shampoo, and shower gel were high quality and branded. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed pans, glasses, plates all spotless and on point. The villa had lots of books to read and beautiful indoor decor, plus so many fun activities we played hide and seek, table tennis, swimming, and more. Countless pomegranate and lemon trees surround the mansion, and the fruit was so tasty and fresh. There was no need to go out much because everything we needed was right there in the mansion. When we did go out, everything was just a few minutes away. We only went to the supermarket once to buy groceries to cook for the kids. The owner, Petros, was so generous and helpful he kept sending us all the details about the best beaches, attractions, where to visit with the kids, and the best restaurants nearby. The owner welcomed us warmly with her grandma’s homemade food, which was so thoughtful and delicious. The villa itself was stunning, comfortable, and felt like a luxury treat a mindful retreat for busy professionals seeking a calm and peaceful escape. This was our first visit to Chania, Crete, and it was like paradise such a beautiful island. Sad that three days was not enough at all we wish we could have stayed longer and were truly sad to leave. We will definitely go back.

Gregory’s was a dream! Our group felt very comfortable and each couple had their own space. Petros was very responsive and helpful during our stay. His grandmother even cooked us a homemade dinner one night! The pool was great, especially for July. I highly recommend this place for a group traveling to Chania!

Our stay on this property was fabulous! Petros was an amazing host who welcomed us upon arrival, showed us around and was very generous, kind and friendly. The villa is luxurious, fully equipped with everything you need and more. The fridge was stocked with plenty of ice, water and ice creams. The pool is huge which is ideal for both swimming and play. Location is only a sort distance to the old town. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to any family or large groups. Plenty of room for everyone. Thank you so much Petros for an amazing time.

Stunning property 10 minute drive from the centre of Chania. Very spacious villa with lovely outdoor pool area which felt extremely private. Perfect for larger families or group bookings. The host went out of his way to help us during our stay and made it very special. Will definitely be back.
