La villa est absolument magnifique ! Les cinq chambres sont très confortables, la plus grande bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la baie. Les espaces communs comme le salon et les extérieurs sont spacieux et conviviaux avec du mobilier en nombre. Les superbes terrasses s'ouvrent largement sur le paysage et la mer. La piscine est parfaite, grande et profonde, avec de superbes vues sur la colline et même la mer, encadrée de lauriers et grenadiers. Tout le confort dans un cadre enchanteur et très calme, pour 10 c'était vraiment parfait ! La communication avec Lolita la propriétaire est facile et cordiale. Une plage à 5 minutes à pied, des jolies criques à 15 minutes, juste après l'embarcadère du ferry pour l'île d'Ammouliani en face. On peut aller sur l'île à pied depuis la maison, très pratique ! Le village d'Ouranoupoli à quelques kilomètres a un petit charme. D'autres plages un peu plus loin sont accessibles en voiture. Un véhicule est de toutes façons nécessaire pour faire les courses à 15 km. Le tour du Mont Athos en bateau est intéressant pour admirer les monastères. Cette maison nous a permis de passer des vacances de rêve !

Nicio plaja amenajata la o distanta rezonabila de mers pe jos. De asemenea, niciun fel de supermarket sau magazin.

A wonderful villa, with great space and a lovely view. The swimming pool was large and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful, and lots of great places to visit in the area. The host, Lolita, was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend a stay here.

What? Not like? 🙄

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Alba Chiara in Trypiti, Greece. The villa has stunning views over the sea, and everything was exactly like in the pictures—actually, it was even better than the photos! Every bedroom had air conditioning, and the entire place was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful extras like water, oil, and even laundry detergent. We also had fresh towels for both the bathroom and the beach, which was a nice touch. We stayed for a long time (well, 9 nights is long for us😁), and while some guests might prefer extra cleaning, it was fine for us because our teenagers took care of vacuuming and washing the floors—it was a good exercise for them. Lolita, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, always checking in by message, and Iosif, the local custodian, came by every morning to clean the pool and water the garden and flowers; he was also very friendly. It was worth every euro, and we enjoyed being able to drive just five minutes to Nea Roda or Vulitsa Beach, even though you can also go to the beach across the street. We had cars, so exploring the area was easy and fun. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay—it was a truly wonderful experience, and I’m even a bit envious of the next guests because I wish I could book it again right away.
