Villa Phoenix in Secret Valley

It had everything need for our stay really comfortable villa. Location is great. Would definitely use again and would recommend it to anyone.

The beds were quite firm not so comfortable.

Nu pot spune ca nu mi-a placut, totusi mai sunt cateva aspecte de rezolvat si as puncta cateva: - Mare parte din vesela trebuie inlocuita ( ciobita) - Vasele de gatit uzate, trebuiesc inlocuite - Depozitarea prosoapelor si a asternuturilor pentru pat ordonate intr-un dulap curat ( doamna de la curatenie mai multa atentie la detalii ) - Saltele foarte tari si pernele desumflate - Usile din interior nu au nici un fel de amortizor ca sa aplaneze din zgomot la inchidere si trebuiesc unse ( scartie) - Domnul care a venit sa curete piscina foarte nepoliticos, a dat buzna fara sa salute si s-a apucat de treaba( 5min ) chiar daca l-am rugat sa vina mai tarziu deoarece serveam micul dejun chiar in ziua plecarii, a raspuns ca nu ii pasa si lui nu ii spune nimeni ce sa faca. - Unele geamuri se deschid foarte greu - Gratarul foarte uzat, trebuie inlocuit - Cred ca managerul care administreaza locatia trebuie sa o verifice inainte de sosirea oaspetilor sa se asigure ca totul este ok si sa lase macar simbolic, sau, cotra cost o sticla cu apa in frigider. Noi ne - am bucurat de liniste si aer curat, intr-un cuvant, lasand la oparte cele enumerate mai sus, a fost excelent!

Belle maison spacieuse et confortable dans une résidence très chic et très calme. Piscine nettoyée tous les jours, mais non chauffée donc fraîche à cette période. Cependant, la propreté de la maison laisse à désirer et elle est sous équipée en vaisselle de table pour 6 personnes.

La propreté : vitres des salles de bain pas propre, lave-vaisselle moisit et la vaisselle ne comprend que 6 couverts. Donc il faut faire une lessive à chaque repas. Aucune information sur le fonctionnement de la maison : exemple : grosse difficulté à ouvrir les fenêtres et portes fenêtres.

The gardens need more attention it’s becoming overgrown, the driveway is difficult to access & park the car due to the overgrowth. The beds are hard

We enjoyed the size of the pool and the beautiful surroundings of the flowers and trees. There were plenty of toilets and good space bedrooms, plenty of storage and spacious . The area is quiet and had a sense of calmness. Definitely recommend having a vehicle. While the closest supermarket is 8 minutes away, some items are expensive- we definitely recommend Philippos in coral bay. Look it up 😄 We absolutely loved Kouklia Village square . The atmosphere in the evening was very special, personal and good value for money. We ate at Tavern Gabriel’s and the food was exceptional. So lovely! At night they shut the area so cars can’t go past and the tables are laid out in the road with music playing. We had a few drinks at Malcolm’s. Again, friendly knowledgeable and gave us lots of recommendations.

The WiFi was incredibly slow and the TV often froze. However the host did send someone out to check everything was ok. We found the mattress incredibly hard and used additional bedding to try and make it softer. We found we really needed a vehicle to get around and reversing into the drive is a squeeze because the hedging needs to be cut . Often in the mornings my daughter was greeted with the pool man in the early hours. Of course, we understand the hours they work due to the heat. It was just a shock waking up and seeing a man in the garden / pool 😂. The folder needs to be updated in the kitchen. There is no longer a left luggage facility at the Horizon resorts Hotel. So if you have a late flight bear in mind what you’ll do when check out is at 11:00.

Marble flooring and the steps in the Hall are ver dangerous at night not marked out should have some hand rail.
