Relaxing villa Heated pool Luxurious views Massage

Beautiful villa inside and out with breathe taking views. Plenty of space and areas to relax to take it all in. Beds are big and sofa is very comfy, which are very easy to fall asleep in. There are multiple dining tables to enjoy your meals with the people you’re with. There was welcoming fruit and drinks in the fridge that went down as a treat. Pool was a good size and deeper than what I imagined. There was a seating area outside with a tv on the wall and the table tennis was fun to play with. I didn’t even need to use the throw I packed from home as there was plenty in the living room. Views from the villa was my favourite part, seeing the sunrise and sunset was a complete vision with views of the mountain and the sea. Igor is excellent with communication and responds quickly. As this was my first time in Tenerife, I had a question that was none related to the villa and Igor happily helped and answered straight away. 10 out of 10, will recommend.

The views are stunning. Nice, spacious villa. Very quiet. Pool is a nice size.

Location, a good 15-minute walk to the supermarket, next to a busy road (no pavement). To go sightseeing etc, a car is essential. Bed in master bedroom desperately needs changing. So uncomfy and creaky. You wake up every time you move! No air conditioning as advertised. Cool air fans provided instead.

The villa is super, the swimmingpool was superb. We had an relaxing holiday. The bathrooms (2) were pleasant. The rooms were very spacious.

The electrical layout was not very logical

Location is amazing and very convenient to get to various places once you have a car. Local taxi services also good.

There isn't air conditioning in the whole house - just a unit in the master bedroom. The villa itself is fine but could do with modernising. The garbage disposal is at the top of the road where one desposits rubbish into wheelie bins - that area is overrun with rats. This isn't the villas issue but its not a great vibe dancing with Rizzo and his mates every second day.

The views at this property are second to none. If you want privacy and somewhere to totally relax this is the villa for you. The owner Helen rang to ask if we wanted to villa to be cleaned halfway through our two week holiday which l thought was nice rather than someone just turn up. Victoria the cleaner was lovely and left everything sparkling.

We struggled to find any good restaurants nearby and even in Puerto de la Cruz we did not find any good ones. However the cafe nearby was excellent and again the views were amazing.

Fantastic location and well equiped

Although central heating radiators were installed we were not able to switch on the system. Did ring number given and left message to ask owners to contact but had no reply. As the weather on our stay was cold, the villa felt cold and slightly damp and we had to purchase hot water bottles to stay warm in bed. getting down to the villa by road was also quite challenging!!

Nice views. Beds were comfy.

Lack of instructions for things like BBQ, dishwasher, etc - had to work it out ourselves. BBQ was either poor or wasn’t using it properly as not much heat and hard to light. Poor decor, sofas felt old, saggy and uncomfortable, some items were ‘fixed’ by having gaffer tape wrapped around them. Roof leaked in study, with water dripping into light fitting (not very safe!). House was hard to find in the dark when driving from airport, could have done with the number being more visible from the road. Would have been helpful to have been told in property description that the road to the house is tight and on a 45 degree angle as our rental vehicle didn’t have a powerful enough engine to cope with that challenge, and we had to change it!
