verso sera c'è un'invasione di zanzare , le zanzariere non sono perfette e mancava un accendino per accendere i zampironi , abbiamo dovuto rimanere chiusi all'interno con le finestre chiuse.

Amazing villa on top of a hill, beatuful views to Achladias and Kanapitsa. Locationnvery quiet, amazing sunsets! Villa is well equipped for 7 persons, two bathrooms and a large kitchen with all utensils. Wifi is a plus, comfy beds and great terraces on both floors with ample seating. Great bbq place behind the villa. Owner very lovely and helpful!

Bathroom showers could do some upgrading. Situated on top of a very steep hill so a car or a quad is necessary.

Warm welcome, really big and comfortable house, great view and garden.

There might be some bathroom repairs needed e.g. leaking bathtub

The villa was exactly like (maybe even better than) on the pictures. It's spacious, well-equipped, and has everything that you could ever possibly need. You can cook in- and outside, there are 3-4 places where you can dine, 2 bathrooms, three bedrooms and even a laundry room. The host was very helpful, we asked her to bring us some bottles of water and she did it without any hesitation (she didn't even ask for money). There is also a supermarket and a small gyros place in the area, as well as a beach and the bus stop at the bottom of the hill on which the villa is situated. I would highly recommend this accommodation, but beware of the walking distance you might have to make if you don't rent a car! The villa is on a hill, and the road upstairs is quite steep and long - it took us 15 minutes to get there from the bottom. But other than that, a great accommodation overall!

The only disadvantage of the villa is its location. It is at the top of a hill/mountain (?), which means that it takes a long time to get there if you don't rent a car. It took us a 15-minute walk to get to the villa from the bottom, so be prepared to climb a lot! If you travel with children/elders, you definitely cannot go with renting a car. Also, it's quite far away from the centre - by foot it would take 40 minutes, but there is a bus station at the bottom of the hill so that is very convenient. Lastly, we would have preferred if we received more information from our host: she was quick to reply, but she didn't really inform us about anything prior and during our stay (such as how to find the villa, when the cleaners would come or details about the check-out). Also, she didn't mention anything about the fact that tap water should not be consumed/cooked with. Perhaps this is common knowledge, but it would have been nice to know about it in advance - we only found it out a day before our arrival on a random website. So be prepared to buy a lot of bottles of water!

Beautiful view, plenty of space, friendly host, comfortable beds, air conditioned.

Bathrooms were dated. Bathtub leaks so when you showered, there was water all over floor. Shower doors in other bathroom didn’t close properly. No change of towels for our 3 night stay. Long and very very steep drive up. Would have preferred more than just one flat sheet to sleep at night
