Majestic Villa by the Beach Heated Private Pool & Jacuzzi

A Unique Tropical Retreat Just 150 Meters from the Beach From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the warm and personal welcome. The villa is perfectly located—just a short stroll to the beach and a charming beachside restaurant. Our host, Alex, was outstanding—proactive, attentive, and full of insightful recommendations on what to explore and where to dine. The garden is truly a tropical paradise, especially enchanting in the evening when the soft lighting is interacting with palm and banana trees. The outdoor area is beautifully designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a barbecue area equipped with both gas and charcoal grills. It comfortably accommodated our group of 14. It’s the thoughtful details that really set this villa apart: a fully stocked bar in the living room with complimentary liquors, brandies, and tequilas; complimentary sunblock lotions, shampoos; elegant, durable drinkware that mimics crystal for poolside sipping; three types of coffee makers; and a refrigerator with a filtered water and ice dispenser. No generic furnishings here—the bedding is luxurious, the towels thick and soft, and the entire home is tastefully furnished with antiques and artwork, including pieces from the 18th century. Every balcony offers a lovely view, and guests have access to three washing machines for added convenience. The mattresses and pillows are of high quality, ensuring restful sleep. Transfers were effortlessly arranged by Alex, and we appreciated having a supermarket just next door. If there’s one downside, it’s that our stay was too short—it was difficult to leave. We made beautiful memories here and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended.

A fabulous stay at Majestic Villa. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and next door to the supermarket. Perfect for groups. The bedrooms are basics but comfortable and well maintained. Alex was an attentive and friendly host and always quick to respond.

Pictures did not do it justice, many large spacious rooms to stay in and to chill in. All well thought out with bathroom towels/pool towels/hairdryers etc. both kitchens well stocked. All very lovely touches. Superb service from start to finish from Francisco and team. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Location was amazing just a few minutes walk from the beach, right next to a supermarket and 25 mins Uber from Malaga airport.

Very very strange property with plunge pool in main bedroom en-suite. Many broken items around the house including doors not working properly some locks not working with people getting locked in toilet, dangerous toilet seats. Showers not working no hot water so friends had to hose down in a jacuzzi bath. Nothing matched so couldn’t set a nice table. Ants in main bedroom as in picture. While place needs maintenance and work done on it. Twin room has no windows and not suitable for adults. One of the bedrooms is not a bedroom it is in front of a linen room and no wardrobes. This is not a luxury villa as items are not up to standard. It wasn’t explained that the apartment is not part of the whole house. The bannister is wobbly and dangerous. The sunbeds are dirty and need replacing. No manual to explain anything. Keys - 15 on one key ring with many doors which were warped and didn’t open and close properly and took about 20 minutes to lock up every night. Gardens are nice and private but block out all the sun. The entrance behind a big ugly supermarket is not nice up a steep concrete slope and not what you expect a ‘luxury’ villa which it certainly is not.

It was PERFECT! We spent great 4 days at the villa and enjoyed every bit of it. Great clean house, lots of space, many bedrooms (one of them does not have windows so our friends stayed on the sofa and still had lots of privacy), many bathrooms, 2 well equipped kitchens, great green area around the pool and of course the pool and jacuzzi made our stay really fun. Great location, big supermarket next door, beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighbourhood is gorgeous. Francisco (the host) was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great pleasure talking to him every time. A villa like this is a rare find, I recommend it 100% The photos do not show how beautiful the villa is

Even with 2 routers the WiFi was poor in the upper floor bedrooms, but very good on the ground floor.

A group of girlfriends and I spent 3 nights in this wonderful villa and couldn't fault it. From the very responsive messages and advice prior to our arrival to the facilities available at the villa we were very impressed. We were greeted at the villa by the owners son who welcomed us, gave us the grand tour, answered any questions, made sure we had whatsapp contact details etc. The villa is well facilitated, detergent is available for the washing machine and dishwashers, herbs, spices, olive oil, vinegar etc are provided, there was even a stocked drinks cupboard we were invited to use. The pool was lovely and warm for our arrival as requested, the garden by the pool is perfect, with great planting covering nearby properties from view and making the garden private. The garden is very well planned with different areas for sunbathing, dining and sitting and enough sunbeds and chairs for everyone. The supermarket next door has everything you'll need and when that's shut the garage and Burger King next door will provide. 9 of us stayed and we had beds and rooms spare, can't remember exactly how many bathrooms but I think 6 or 7. There was always very hot water for showers, even with 9 of us all showering within 20 minutes. There are 2 kitchens, both very well stocked, one steps from the pool for outside dining. The BBQ had a bag of charcoal in place ready to use. The owner was very swift to respond on a couple of questions we had during our stay, he's certainly the best host I've ever rented a holiday villa from and it was a pleasure to spend time in his property. The beach is 5 mins walk, there's a sea view from some of the balconies, it really is a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and hope to visit again.

Francisco was a very flexible and friendly host. He made us feel right at home and let us enjoy our time there. The villa is so much bigger than the photos, what a beautiful house! All the beds were comfy and with a lot of people, you still don't feel crowded and on top of each other.
