"Good value and a convenient, quiet place to stay, in walking distance to the city."

Was exactly as described with good photos and the property had everything we needed for our stay. A quiet location. We liked being able to walk into the city in 10-15 minutes.

Parking on the road can be limited at times, but we found a place and walked into the city.

Good location, clean, modern

Free coffee and tea was good, but leave a small carton of milk in the fridge for arrival - especially when the property is 800 mtrs from nearest shop - wouldn't cost much

"Brilliant! Perfect location in the city."

Perfect location with a coffee shop right down the street and not too far from city center. It’s the perfect size for 2 people who spend most of their time out of the flat. The owners are also super accommodating about an early check in and that was extremely helpful.

"Great location to centre yourself for a great Christchurch stay"

It was super easy to get in and the communication was spot on. The location has great parking and you can easily walk into the city. There is a great cafe a few doors down and you have all the basics you need to get going.

There is a both of noise from the tenants next door but nothing that made the stay bad. Just noticeable morning and night which woke me up.

Perfect spot for some relaxation for us after our camper van trip around NZ. Location is perfect, all the amenities in the Townhouse are high quality, with smart TV for a comfy night in. Definitely recommend to any couple, it has all you may need for your stay.
