Very beautiful and modern house. I liked the backyard and stairway to second floor.

It seemed it had many kitchenware and cooking ingredients in the house, but we could not find salt and bowls.

Very nice, clean and modern apartment. Has everything we needed. Location is also great allowing easy access to the CBD area by walk. Great value option for visitors at Christchurch.

Parking on the street can get tricky later at night.

"Gorgeous Small Townhouse"

An absolutely gorgeous property, with a pretty ideal location for getting into the centre on foot. A quiet and secure neighbourhood, very clean and well-furnished, comfortable and well-stocked. Could genuinely imagine living there.

Having the host come out before check-in to fix up part of the property was a bit of a surprise and disturbed our morning. This kind of thing really should happen between people being in the property.

"Great house in a great place."

-Location - 20 minute drive / taxi from the airport. 5-15 minute walk to the things to see in the middle of Christchurch -Access - keypad entry -Parking - on street parking, busy, but free, and we didn’t struggle to find something within 100m. -Restaurants - breakfast / lunch spot a few doors down - ‘Beat Street’. Fully recommend. Lots of places in the centre. -WiFi speed - consistent. 300mbps download, 100mbps upload. -Kitchen - small kitchen all the usual stuff as well as oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also a outdoor drying rack in the garden area. -Bed / pillows - comfortable. -Noise levels - mostly quiet. There was a house party behind us on the Friday night, but it didn’t run that late and wasn’t bad at all. Just normal neighborhood noise. -Temperature - aircon in the main room. Fan upstairs. -Shower - consistent pressure and temperature Overall comments - great little 1 bed house with everything you need in a great location. We’ve booked in again for a few weeks’ time!

Would have been nice to have a clothes drying rack inside.
