Very well sized property, pool was great, kitchen area and BBQ both very handy location was excellent

Poor water pressure in upstairs shower or downstairs shower water escapes past curtain causing mess

Lovely and spacious accommodation in the heart of Playa Blanca. Private pool and sunbeds for the family Walking distance to shops and the beach

Pool was not a " heated pool" as advertised but did get warmer with the sunshine

Clean property, nice pool area & good location. Aldi short walk up road for all your food and drink. It probably was good value for money over all although not perfect.

We had cockroaches and couldn’t get oven working, small leak under kitchen sink, would have preferred a small pack of cleaning items ie dish washer tablet, cloth and washing up liquid but it’s a personal thing

Great space, good location. Nice addition having the heated pool, but it was still very cold Shame there were no basics as you'd expect staying somewhere. You can tell it's just a money generator. Chips in the bath & generally needs to be updated. Black out curtains in bedrooms, which are great.

- no washing up liquid - no sponge for washing up - no soap to wash hands in bathrooms - lacks real basics you would expect - only given 1 toilet roll - only 1 bin bag - given very specific instructions about cleaning & taking out bins, but no bins or cleaning products available.

We had to go straight out and buy cleaning products toilet paper. The fixtures are borderline unsafe , the pool ladder was so dangerous it's almost comical. Just some love needed . It's a great villa..

Excellent location easy walk into playa blanca Quick response from management company to issues although not all solved

interior very tatty and needs updating, fridge shelves broken or missing exterior badly damaged. bed comfortable bath chipped and stained Cooker dials worn so couldnt work out how to use oven Pool supoosed to be heated but clearly wasnt and was reported Internet did not work and was advised to link to next door's wifi which was very hit and miss - reported on first day. Couldnt lock door reported and fixed first day. Overall very disappointing as had stayed in villa two doors away through Jet2 which was far superior in quality of fittings

Location was perfect and the villa spotless. Very comfortable beds. Really lovely place to stay.

The upstairs bedroom door sticks on the floor so wakes everyone up if you leave your room, and the hot water didn't cover all 4 of us for a shower in the evenings so we had to do 2 people in morning and 2 at night. Otherwise, really enjoyed this property as a base and would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable. It was very sheltered from the wind too.

Lack of basic household things like glasses, mugs plates, cutlery and knives etc. had we been staying longer than a week we would have purchased some. I don’t know if it’s the time of year but we have never experienced so many cockroaches. The lane leading up to the house always has them at night time and also the garden and even the house. But I guess this is to be expected in such hot weather. But in 21 years of visiting the island this was a first for us. An arrival pack with water and a few dishwasher tablets and cloths would be nice.
