NICE welcome package with basic things to get you through the first evening and morning. Spacious villa with air-conditioning in a nice and quiet area (though still close to supermarket and restaurants). Outside space had a lot of options for sun or shade. Finally a place in Playa Blanca where you can walk bare feet around the swimming pool. The jacuzzi was a nice place to relax after a session in the small gym. All in all a great stay.

So few plugs! twin room had only 1, eventually had to use a 3 way adaptor. Kitchen only had 1 very awkward plug so couldn't use coffee machine, kettle & toaster without unplugging each time. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 washing machine pod & 2 coffee pods supplied. It would be useful to know that these are so limited so that they could have been brought from UK or at least know the make of pods for machine. Fridge made very odd noises and power went off one night but we were able to make contact and were told how to remedy this.

The location was fantastic. The villa was well equipped and very clean. Most things were brand new. Great hot tub and lots of space inside and out.

Pool was quite small given the size of the villa. No information folder regarding use of equipment/pool/hot tub, etc, or nearby restaurants/places of interest/doctors/taxis, etc. A few major issues at the start of our visit were quickly dealt with.

Super Villa in walking distance to some lovely restaurants and bars. Supermarket was close by too. It was great to have bottled water, milk, bread, ham etc waiting for us.

Our stay was very good a few minor details that need to be done for it to be excellent. In the Upstairs bathroom there was dirt on shower seal and silicon sealant around bath tub needs replacing More wine glasses please. We only found 2. The hot tub was a bit hit and miss but once reported it was fixed very quickly. There was air con in just one bedroom.

Swimming pool was heated and spotless. Everything you could possibly need was supplied and in excellent condition. Location was near beaches shops and restaurants etc. Very quiet upmarket area. 4 bedrooms and one upstairs with air conditioning. Wifi excellent - approx 500mb. Barbeque, hot tub, sunbeds, table tennis, table football, large furnished terrace upstairs with sea views. Large modern flat screen TV with even a PS4 supplied. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Couldn't have been better. Will book this again if possible

For the price it definitely needs updating. Sun loungers were mouldy and rusty, table tennis bats were unusable. We couldn’t use the pool from Friday-Tuesday when it was cleaned. We used the jacuzzi once as that was also dirty until a clean, and even then there was a scum ring around it so we couldn’t use.

Really lovely villa, perfect for our family stay. Very clean and modern throughout. Owners were really helpful and on hand for any questions. Would definitely return.
