Loved every piece of the house.

The property was as described and the host was kind and responsive. Adrian ensured we had essentials for our late night arrival; from milk to wine and snacks. Quiet residential location and easy access to Marina for restaurant and local shop for groceries.

We loved the facilities the villa offered, the spotless cleanliness; there was literally everything you needed on vacation. Our small one felt very comfortable there as well. The welcome basket was a nice touch from the host.

The only thing which could be improved, in our opinion, is adding child locks on the sliding doors downstairs, but if your child is not as sneaky as ours, it's not a problem, since entry to the villa is fenced and locked.

Great pool, lots of toys for kids (ping pong, table football, darts, inflatables), spacious bedrooms and air con. Parking

Small children or those with mobility issues may find it a little far away to walk to Marina Rubicon. One bedroom didn't have air con but we didn't need it.

We were familiar with area having stayed in a villa last year. The property is in a gated community complex with a mix of both residents and tourists, pool was good size, spacious outside. There was welcome pack. The villa was well equipped with cleaning supplies and lots of towels. Child and family orientated. Shop 11 minutes walk, taxi 3.80 € to marina.

Villa is very overlooked from every angle, which is shown in the pics. It is noisy due to the closeness of the villas, can hear neighbours, dogs barking every day and drilling in neighbouring villa for a time on last day. Host very slow to respond to messages, did not have any details of codes, information until 15.00pm day before arrival which resulted in booking.com intervening to contact the owner on several occasions to obtain details, not something you want the day prior to travel Pillows on bed very hard and not comfortable. Could do with a table lamp in lounge for ambiance, no dimmers on the lights,so very bright

We had a lovely stay here - we travelled with our 3 year old and 1 year old. The villa is very child friendly. It was great to have the garden toys, trampoline, swing and slide - our children had great fun. The pool area is lovely and safe - there was also plenty of pool toys available to use. The villa provided plenty of pool towels too. The pool was cleaned regularly and it was a lovely temperature. The villa was spotlessly clean, there was lots of the essentials left for us, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, plenty of plates, cutlery, coffee machine, etc. There was plenty of bathroom towels provided too. There was a baby gate on the top of the stairs which provided peace of mind and some books and toys that our children enjoyed playing with. We received a lovely welcome package, with bread, cheese, ham, fruit, biscuits. Enough for breakfast if you had a late arrival. The closest shop (that we are aware of) is about 10 minutes walk away, there is also an Indian restaurant beside the shop and a small cafe. The main marina is probably 20 minutes walk away. It’s a lovely walk along the sea front with amazing views. We had a car, so we would drive to the marina in the evenings (with two small children) - it’s 5 minutes by car. The marina area is beautiful with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Parking for the villa is very secure - there is a main communal gate with a security code/fob to get it as well as gated parking in the villa itself. Adrián was a great host - we didn’t have too many questions as we were familiar with the area, however, he was great at communicating to let us know when the pool would be cleaned, how to access villa before arrival/departure information. Also, it’s a positive that we didn’t need to contact him with anything in my opinion, as everything was thought about and provided in advance. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. It really didn’t bother us - but agree that you can hear the neighbours from time to time. Nothing constant or keeping anybody awake at night - sometimes music during the day or dogs barking.

Spotlessly clean, had everything we could of needed provided in the villa. Very child friendly. Heated pool. 5 minute walk to the supermarket &bus stop.

Check out is 11am so be aware if you have a late flight you will have your luggage for the day!
