Had an issue with pool but host was understanding and responsive when we reported it.

Kitchen design a bit difficult to use.

Indoor quite spacious.

Quite highly priced. I also expected the pool heating to be included in the relatively high price instead of seperate on top.

There was so much to like. The large living room, which was separate from the kitchen. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was very handy. We got great use out of the large terrace area and bbq. The villa is close to great coastal walks and is a long walk or short bus/car journey into the centre of Playa Blanca. Olivier was always available to advise or attend to any issues. We had a water leak in one of the bathrooms and Oliviers team were over within 30 minutes and fixed it immediately.

Excellent villa, everything we needed was available. Villa was cleaned and sheets and towels changed every week. Anything we needed to be looked at was done very very fast. We couldn't fault the place, would highly recommend.

Only issue was the water pressure isn't great especially upstairs.

Villa facilities were superb, had everything we needed - villa is amazing. Location was in a quiet area which suited as a family but was within walking distance of local supermarket/restaurants and the coastal path. Nearby water park was handy for kids. Kids loved the flamingo beach 5 minutes drive away. Would definitely return to this villa and location. Host was very responsive if we had any questions.
