Villas Susaeta

Propreté impeccable, environnement très calme, beau jardin avec piscine chauffée à 30°, terrasse très agréable, bref tout pour passer un séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce propriétaire, notamment aussi pour sa réactivité lorsque nous avons signalé qu'il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude. Moins d'une heure plus tard, le chauffe-eau était à nouveau opérationnel. La literie dans les deux chambres est très bonne, seuls quelques moustiques ont parfois perturbé notre sommeil.

Chaque maison du lotissement dispose d'une place de stationnement couverte. Toutefois, il faut croire que les architectes qui ont conçu les plans ne disposaient pas de voitures aux dimensions actuelles. En effet, l'accès y estu tellement étroit que tout le monde laisse sa voiture au bord de la route. Bien entendu, cela n'enlève rien à notre enthousiasme pour les Villas Susaeta.

We had a truly lovely stay at this villa. It’s very spacious, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and conveniently located with shops nearby. The views from the terrace were absolutely beautiful — watching both the sunrise and sunset was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or enquiries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We’d recommend renting a car to explore the island, as it made getting around much easier. The heated pool was a fantastic addition (definitely worth paying extra!). We enjoyed early morning and evening swims, and the kids absolutely loved it. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend this villa and would happily return!

Aircon in main bedroom wasn't cold enough..

Nice villa and great outside space. Cleaned twice during our 11 night stay with fresh towels and bedding which was a bonus. Air conditioning was free to use, even though states it is not. Pool heating was lovely and great temperature and lovely views from balcony. The outside space makes this place. Huge double bed in bedroom and thr shower in the other bathroom was great.

Sadly key wasn't in the key box on arrival...but quickly rectified after calling them. And no water left in the villa, despite checking in advance and assured some would be...they did however provide bread, milk, butter, jams, tea etc The smaller sofa was a bit worn, still usable but didn't look great on arrival. Some of the doors to the villa and wardrobes either didn't shut properly or lock but again usable. The freezer compartment is tiny so don't do a big shop as limited space to keep stuff. No cupboard in kitchen spare to put food and very limited cooking utensils....we managed, but if there are more than 2 people staying you may struggle.

We loved the villa and loved playa blanca. The villa was on a quiet residential street and was very private. The pool was gorgeous. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it. The staff were extremely accommodating and let us leave our bags in their storage on our checkout day.We also found the single beds so hard we couldn't get a good nights sleep, but on request 2 softer mattress toppers were provided. There is an Aldi 10 minutes walk away and it was about a 25 minutes walk to the Marina and the promenade. One of our party has mobility difficulties so we used Yaiza taxis and they were very prompt and charged around 5 euros into town from the villa.

The hard single beds- this was promptly resolved. Only one master key provided ,and some of the locks stuck and the key was difficult to use at times. If I'm being very picky only 4 wine glasses that weren't matching !!!!! We would definitely return.

Villa was in a great location and spotlessly clean. Good amenities, loads of towels and the welcome was a nice touch.

Not really a dislike - but a couple of points: Fridge - had an issue with the fridge, the seal was damaged. I contacted the host and they arranged for a new fridge to be put into the property whilst we were out. All of our food was moved. Driveway - we hired a VW TROC and the driveway was tight. A lot of people park on the road, so take your time when reversing in. Or, if you don't want to do that, plenty of parking available on the road outside the villas.

The villa was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The owners have considered everything, even things like supplying bin bags, toilet roll and dishwasher tablets.
