MYC/in and C/out were both smooth. The villa is located in a peaceful quiet area. Parking is free but peak period may be full so just park at your own risk by the roadside. But still won't disturb public road users bc there won't be any public road users here except villa guests or the people who work at the refinery further in the same road. Overall a decent stay if you just need a place to gather few families together and do not need exclusive interior.
Room does not look as good in person, as compared to images. Quite the dramatic difference. Cleanliness was decent but room lighting is a bit dark for my preference, hence the stay was not fully pleasant. Dk about other rooms but our room was not outstanding. Almost feel like we were sleeping in a budget hotel instead, just larger room.

MYThe unit was extremely hot even till early morning. It was unbearable i could hardly sleep. Had to ask for extra stand fan which only slightly helped. Although on 2nd floor u need to climb up 4 steep flights of stairs not recommended if ou have small baby or old people and carrying a lot of stuff. Hot water was non existent but good water pressure.

Cleanliness could be improved. Rooms seems to look a bit untidy and dusty. Kitchen especially the cabinet and table top was worn out heavily and absorbed moisture... Bathroom a bit dirty. Remote for the tv malfunctioned. Parking is limited.
MYThe scale of the resort. Not too many rooms
The staff wasn't able to control usage and noise from the pool after pool operations hours. So there had been parents and noisy small children after 10pm!
