When we went to pay before we arrived my husbands card wouldn’t allow that much abroad in one payment . I phoned the number and spoke to one of the most helpful and reassuring man . He was brilliant. The location is great so close to the marina and so quiet also. The ladies came to change the beds and towels were also so lovely. We have been to Playa Blanca 6 years and always get a villa. We were also allowed a late check out which gave us nearly another day. Thank you all

We always get a villa with a pool, unfortunately we couldn’t use this one because it had a load of leaves in it and dead insects on top. After 5 days I asked for it to be cleaned and was told it was cleaned once a week but said it would be twice a week on the details I was sent. The electric socket in the upstairs bedroom beside the wardrobe is quite loose as is the one in the kitchen for the kettle. Could be dangerous. The toilet seat downstairs was loose and eventually came off but when I messaged a maintenance man came pretty soon and sorted it. The living area could do with a paint also.

The Villa was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, clean facilities and good price

I was informed by a neighbour that the villa is currently up for sale. With this in mind, this may explain why it is very tired with furniture which is dated and uncomfortable. It is poorly decorated and sparse with poor lighting throughout. Pool could was dirty when we arrived and was not cleaned during our 2 week stay. . Front door needs completely replaced as looks like it has been damaged from being previously forced open. Toaster in the kitchen has handle held on with tape. Upstairs patio doors difficult to open and hard to lock. The boiler didn’t work on our first morning and there was no hot water. This was rectified later in the day. Bedding is threadbare and washed out with pathetic show pillows which can hardly pass as a pillow. Having said all this, the villa has potential and just needs a bit of TLC which the owner is obviously not willing to commit if it is for sale.

The villa is super spacious so lots of room for a family of 4. It's in a great and quiet location so no noise from the road etc. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk. 15 to 20 minute walk into town and beaches as bus number 30 into town is every half an hour so be prepared as it's ALWAYS late. The walk did us good but took a taxi at night on occasion. A car might be beneficial for those who hate walking or have small kids. Would definitely stay here again as it's secure, spacious, safe, light and airy. Had a wonderful time and property overall is well equipped esp in the kitchen. Lovely neighbours as gave them all our food we didn't finish! You'll have a great time here and drinking tea on the top terrace in the warm morning sunshine each day was just bliss!!!

Property should provide more towels and warmer bedding! Nights and mornings are cold, so blankets in every room are important and necessary. We had to call the management company to ask for the WiFi password? There should be a welcome pack for guests to read in full detail, with the first thing confirmed being the WiFi code. Drawers were very dusty, so cleaners must ensure these are clean so guests can use these for their clean clothes. Pool was dirty, so again, something that needs to be addressed, even in December. A pool man came the day before departure, which seemed pointless. Maintainence should check plug points etc as several are really loose. Fix the sun umbrella which is broken outside as it gives guests the option to sunbathe by the pool. Be quicker in responses so when guests contact you on WhatsApp, etc, you come back ASAP and not hours later. Overall, we had a great time, but it's the little details management company/owners are missing.

Very clean and close to Playa Blanca

The property was not well maintained and there were a number of issues. We had to request a kettle. The bidet tap came off in my hand. The electric socket in the main bedroom was coming away from the wall, the shower head in the upstairs bathroom was rusted and I had to wait for the water to run clear before use. The shower he’s in the downstairs bathroom was broken.

The sofa and table. This villa could be top-notch with quite a few tweaks it needs better Maintanance. When we arrived, the pool was dirty. We rang them up and someone cleaned the pool within two hours of that phone call so well done

The maintenance of the property is awful so many snags, including the batteries in the remote control was dead So couldn’t work the television .lack of utensils in the kitchen, considering it there was only 4 cups, Toilet seat downstairs is off its hinge on one side, The pool has no depth markings and it’s about just under 6 foot all over the pool, lack of privacy in the front of the property, especially when you’re in the pool, tap upstairs is stuck, the only umbrella by the pool is broken, no firefighting appliances, no lock on lower bathroom, You cannot lock the terrace doors in the upstairs bedroom which leads out onto the roof terrace, the kettle in the kitchen was dangerously faulty, hob rings on cooker not working. No bathmats For in the bath when you have a shower. It really is such a shame as it could be such a stunning place. Also be aware if you are a party of six, you will need to buy toilet roll. Dishwasher tablets do supply one toilet roll and two dishwasher tablets. As advertised it has no air-conditioning but it also has no fans especially at night in the downstairs bedrooms it got extremely hot .

Lovely villa in a great location. Only 10 mins walk to the Marina and then a nice walk along the coastal path to Playa Blanca centre. Pool was nice but very deep. Kitchen was well equipped.

Air con or fans in the bedrooms would have been nice. The pool area is overlooked by people/cars passing on the street, it’s not a busy road but some villas had extra fencing on top of the wall which gave more privacy

My son had the bedroom upstairs it was nice with the balcony and with lovely views

Pool was dirty nobody came to clean it the whole 2 weeks we were there was going green on bottom we didn’t use pool it was disgusting
