Wonderful Stay at Villa Tbilisi! We had a fantastic experience staying at Villa Tbilisi. The place was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. What made our stay truly special was the kindness of the owner — always smiling, approachable, and ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was local tips or arrangements. The hospitality felt warm and genuine, making us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful and friendly environment. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this Villa in Tbilisi for two days, and it was an amazing experience. The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group of 18 people. Everything was exceptionally clean. The house is located in a peaceful part of the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it very convenient for our group. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any questions or needs. It’s an ideal place for group stays on a budget, and we highly recommend it!

We really liked everything!

We liked the fact that it is a big house with many rooms and you have everything you need. It is located in a very quiet area, which is very rare in such a big and crowded city like Tbilisi. The owner is also very helpful. And the price was also very good for a whole villa.

If you are looking for a traditional Georgian villa or home stay. This is the best place. Exceptionally clean villa with all the facilities including kitchen.Great place for family stay.Garden surrounded by fresh fruits.You will feel home Thank you Dato and family for being such a friendly host.Thank you for everything.

You’ll find everything you want in there: plenty of space, grill, AC and fully-packed kitchen. The host is very responsive and friendly.

Nice facility for a 3 to 4 family's with children, living room with poino was real plus, full size kitchen with amenities were also there to make our stay comfortable. Host Dato is real help, he leaves near by and happy to take you around when you need a city ride.

Only one Bathroom inside, one more inside could have been a real plus.
