"Great Location"

Great location walking distance only few minutes from the beach and main plaza of the resort. Also walking distance close the club house and restaurant of the golf course. Very nice house, 2 comfortable bedrooms with AC. Well equipped kitchen, very nice terrace for meals outside. Very clean. Hosts are very helpful and always available. Ideal for a family of 4. Highly recommended

"Great villa, great location, great hosts"

Our stay was fantastic! The villa is really nice, well decorated, very comfortable, the location is great, only 3m walking from the beach, the resort plaza or the golf club house. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. Parking outside is also easy. It was very well cleaned. We really enjoyed the meals outside in the terrace. The resort is really beautiful and we enjoyed it very much. The hosts are very friendly and always willing to help if needed. Highly recommend this villa and we will return for sure!

"Superb"

To relax and enjoy the sun on the patio was nice. The short walk to the beach was of added value. The equipment of the appartment is excellent.

The fact that the appartement is on the main street and the weak WiFi signal were slightly uncomfortable.

"Great location, super hosts"

The location is excellent near to the bars and restaurants and beach at Praca. The hosts were really helpful and accommodating and quick to respond to our queries.

There isn't a pool which means you have to go to the beach or pay to use the Well beach club pool.

"CCTV camera films those staying."

Location was good if you aren't bothered by road noise.

We were observed by CCTV camera on the terrace 24/7 so we couldn't use it. It is against booking rules to have this kind of undeclared surveillance. When raised with the owner, he lied and said it wasn't in use but it constantly lit up and filmed us when we were in that garden area. Owner's response was that we should just leave if we didn't like it. Aggressive and unhelpful with everywhere else already booked in high season. The sunbeds in the advertising photos had been removed by the owner. Bathroom and shower had not been cleaned in a long time. Marketing photos were obviously taken years ago and the place is now very shabby in comparison.
