Villa Estia Spartia Kefalonia

Wow! We have just departed this villa and I already want to go back! The view is incredible, really quiet location (which we love) and only a short drive to tavernas/shops and some amazing beaches. The layout of the property is great, big rooms and good air conditioning. Lovely outdoor seating areas and the pool is fab too! There is a great butchers called ‘meat market’ we had a bbq a couple of evenings and they had every meat you could possibly want!

Nothing! We like to hire a car but I would not advise staying here if you were walking to get around.

Seclusion, really peaceful with great views.

Nothing really, cleaning only done once in a week, but that’s not an issue.

We had a great time in the villa. It has everything we needed. The pool area was great and spacious, and the view to the sea was amazing. The kitchen was equipped and there is also a barbecue. The facilities are great, we share it with another family and it was comfortable with shower and toilet in each room. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The beach near the Vila is amazing, don’t miss it for sunset.

Perfect view!! Well equipped villa with a good service when needed via WhatsApp for every problem or need. The garden is very nice and maintained. The kitchen has everything and the dishwasher and washing machine is so helpful. Air conditioned, lovely pool and again, the view is so beautiful!!!

The cleaning is once in a 3-4 days but it wasn’t only sheets and shower towels changing. You get pool/beach towel once and it doesn’t change during the whole stay, we stayed for 10 days so it was hard to wash the towels every 2-3 days so it will get dry when needed. The bees… but it’s all over the island , just try to avoid them and it will be ok.

Very relaxing oasis! Fantastic location with beautiful ocean views. Can't see or hear neighbours. Great property with lots of space and very clean. Well-kept gardens and lots of birds around. Gift bag with some snacks, wine and beer on arrival. The check-in app has lots of information. One car space available directly at the property. Cleaners come by on a specified day (written on info posted on fridge door) as we stayed for 5 nights. They did a great job. Will definitely return to this place!

Unfortunately the pool was a bit green on arrival (but it rained the first few days so we weren't using it), and on our final morning the pool men came just after 7am and were banging around so much it woke us both up. I directly addressed this with the property and got a good reply with a plan for an updated process to better plan maintenance after check out. It's good to note the pool cleaners come by every morning "usually before you wake up" - it is stated on the information, but just be aware that staff may be around. We didn't see them except for the final morning. WiFi didn't reach the whole property.
