Nont is an amazing and an incredible host! We had a gorgeous stay. His villa is situated out of the crazy and noisy centre of Ao Nang, all we needed for our trip. The villa is a small piece of paradise : quiet, cozy, modern with a swimming pool which allows you to relax and escape the hot temperatures. Is 5 minutes far by car/scooter from the Ao Nang city centre. At 800m you have different shops and food markets. If you do not have a vehicle, use Grab application, for less than 100thb you can reach the centre or locations nearby. If you are looking for relax and quiet time in Thailand, we strongly recommend 👍🏻. Merci pour tout Nont 🙏

Quiet location, spacious house, cool garden, amazingly kind and helpful owner, cute pool, strong WiFi signal, comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean overall.

The shower could be upgraded, but it's a minor thing.

This property wasn’t to our taste and was smaller than we’d assumed from the photos, so we decided to leave early. It was not accessible for my mother the stairs were extremely steep and access to the pool wasn’t possible without a step for her which they didn’t provide. It seemed really cramped for us as a family of 5 and it wasn’t very comfortable and had ants all on the table which was the only seating area for us The outdoor pool was nice, and had floats in it though the seating was really worn and was just 2 plastic deck chairs. the sofa bed was small and was made up as a bed as we requested on arrival :) It was also a little bit out on the sticks, great if that’s what you want. But it was more of an area for locals, though it was a private gated entrance and has a wall built around it :) I’m sure this would be a great place for some, but for us we didn’t think it was a good fit. The owner was super lovely and accommodating and offered help and was polite and spoke good English.

The location. . Close to macro and 7/11 supermarkets. . Shop 1 minute walk down the road. . The owner can arrange a motorcycle for you. .two fresh organic coconuts on arrival. .The hotel is situated close to Thai villages.

Nothing to dislike.

We stayed one month in this villa. And i can say, its perfect place to relax, work and just live. Its quite, not like in the center where is very noisy. Host can quickly arrange a scooter rental to reach all destinations in Ao Nang. Villa have everything what you need for short or long stay, i highly recommend. And the host ( Nont ) its like your right hand, he's super friendly and he takink care of all your stay. If all people were like Nont, the world would be much better :)
