THE TV HAD LINES THROUGH IT. THE AIR-CON DIDN'T WORK. SINK PLUG DIDN'T HOLD THE WATER IN. AVERAGE CLEANLINESS. THE UNIT NEEDS UPDATING.

It smelt of mould - no real privacy to bathroom. Lounge was uncomfortable sunk down into it Water from above falls right across front door

Bedding for 6, dining seating for 4, coffee cups for 4, frying pans so badly damaged they were unusable, neighbour parked in front of entry causing difficulty accessing our car for packing

Only two rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay with six people and no response when I raised this. Also only two rubbish bags
