The place was well kept and very spacious, it had everything I required for a breakaway. Location is also great, with neighbours tucked away nice in not so far a distance.

Smooth communication at all times. Place is beautiful, had everything you wanted in kitchen, thou ice maker would have been a bonus.. I will definitely go back and recommend the house.

House needs deep cleaning its dirty.. Taps were not wiped The fridge had a bad smell and house smelled smoke as if they didn't try to ventilate the house, towels were soo hard. Light in the braai area was not working.. grovel to get to the house was long

We enjoyed staying at Duiker Lodge Villa. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious and was the perfect bush retreat. The main house has the main bedroom and three single beds, and there’s a second building with a queen-size bed and two single beds upstairs, plus its own bath, shower, and toilet – ideal for a couple or a family with small children. It’s a great spot for either a family getaway or a group of friends looking to escape into nature. The kitchen was really nice and well-equipped. The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The private pool on the deck is for the villa guests only, and there’s also an outdoor boma and an indoor braai. The WiFi worked well for most of our stay, although it was a bit spotty when it rained. Please note – once you turn off the main road, there’s about a 10km dirt road to the entrance. Regular vehicles might struggle along this road, so an SUV or 4x4 is definitely the best option, especially when it rains. Overall, we had a memorable time and really enjoyed the villa and all its amenities. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful bush getaway.

Tranquility, spacious and serviced each day! Private pool. Well stocked with quality crockery, glassware and glasses! Indoor and outdoor bbq areas. Good communication regarding directions, check in etc. Excellent private game drive with Pierre along with picnic. Pierre has a passion for ‘the bush’ and conservation and was very informative.

Deeper cleaning required. No DSTV for the full duration of our stay which was disappointing as my elderly dad would’ve benefited from this due to the poor weather and his mobility limitations.
